Workplace Program Business Case Review
The Smart Commute Workplace program Business Case Review is a detailed post-implementation review of the value delivered by the program’s investment. The report outlines the workplace program’s operations, strategic alignment, financial costs and select economic impacts, including regional congestion reduction and health benefits. Methodology aligns with the Metrolinx Business Case framework.
Commuter Attitudes Survey
In September 2014, Metrolinx surveyed 1,000 commuters in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area to understand their travel choices and attitudes toward transportation and commuting. Participants must have travelled or teleworked at least three times a week for work, school or volunteering within the last 12 months.
